Posting Guidelines
  1. POSTS THAT INCLUDE COMPLAINTS SHOULD DESCRIBE AN ACTUAL, FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE OF AN EMPLOYEE.
  2. POSTS SHOULD BE WRITTEN BY THE EMPLOYEE THAT HAD THE EXPERIENCE.
  3. YOU WANT YOUR POSTS TO BE CONSTRUCTIVE IN NATURE, SEEK A POSITIVE RESULT OR INDICATE A DESIRED OUTCOME. OR IF YOU ONLY LIKE TO LET SOME STEAM OFF THEN YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO.
  4. POSTS SHOULD INCLUDE A MESSAGE SUMMARY LINE; INCLUDING THE NAME AND LOCATION (CITY / STATE) OF THE SUBJECT ESTABLISHMENT AND A SUMMARY OF THE SPECIFIC NATURE OF THE MESSAGE.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're angry, that's good. It's an appropriate response to abuse. However, if your comments on this site are just angry, obscenity-filled rants, readers of your post may assume that you are the problem and dismiss your comments. The most effective posts provide detailed descriptions of the abuse and name of the restaurant.

The success of this site depends on the integrity of the posters. It is critical that posters be honest in reporting abuses. Please do not use this site to settle a score if there hasn't really been abuse; if you do, you will undermine the credibility of the site and of all the posters who have legitimate grievances.
